okay so hordak is easy, but making king hiss look dignified and badass , cinematic and still have all of his recognizeable elements was a bit of a challenge. so with him i went kinda inspired with the terror and foreshadowing they did with the new series they did. he is ancient, terror of old times, a master sorcerer, so i decided to make him look visibly older, full of malevolent wisdom.. and added some grey hair, i gues on some level it was a bit inspired by the image of lenoge from sephen kings storm of the century

also...bill nighy anyone? mmm i can allmost hear those strangely accentuated ends of words

Bill Nighy would be great as Hiss....that was the best thing about the 02 He-Man, finally in a cartoon.

I really love this re-design of King Hiss. I think you achieved exactly what you set out to do: he is dignified and terrifying at the same time. He's practically oozing that 'I could crush you without even batting an eye' feeling. In fact it looks like he's about to do so. You have evil villain down pat.

This is an amazing picture - and I know that's been said before, but it can't hurt to say it again.
