so i figured out that i didnt include blue color in the whole powergirl messing around thing... so as a point of curiosity, 1 or 2?

just interested to see the result, in the end i will put this into scraps and replace or leave the main pic

usually id do this on my own but i actually kinda like both options

Figure 2. The blue in 1 is too much at odds with the rest of her costume whereas the gold in 2 is a nice compliment.

Both look awesome. That said I'd side with gold boots. Fits her personality better. Blue boots are too like supergirl, but not powergirl.
Glove idea is an interesting one. Maybe white or charcoal grey?

I think I like the gold better, makes her stand apart from the other kryptonians, instead of sharing their 3 color pallet

i dont like the blue it seems to clutter up the outfit. the gold is more open and free which goes more with wat her philosophy is
