Before the New 52, she was pretty devoted (especially during the HUSH days) but never let her entire world revolve around Bruce. While she stole, she only stole from those who she thought deserved it (still doesn't justify) and whenever Bruce was in a pinch, she'd try to help him. She also had the no killing rule, except for when she lost her temper and killed Black Mask. Which makes her no different from when Batman almost killed Joker, knocked out Selina when she tried to stop him, and was only stopped because Jim Gordon pointed his gun at him and reminded him of what they fight for. Anyway, the only reason they didn't end up together was because Bruce had recently been betrayed and manipulated by his best friend. So he was having some serious trust issues.
Talia on the other hand, while she does seem to love Bruce, she really only loves him for what he could be. She desperately wants him to join her father. Selina hopes Bruce never stops fighting for good... just wishes he'll ease up a bit. And it should be noted that after Damian joined Bruce, Talia grew to hate Batman for stealing her son's love.
In the New 52, Selina is now a bit distant from Bruce and Talia is downright his enemy.
Is the red lantern character a Mystery Men reference? I loved that film in all its cheesy charm. Fond memories...
I love your drawing of the lion king, and have seen the spitpaint video. You have an impressive attention to detail, the fur and the armour of the lion being so realistic in lighting and texture that they are almost tangible.
Batman seems to be in a 'between Scylla and Charybdis' situation but which proposal would prove more dangerous/compromising?
Finally, your work on Bernadette is interesting, capturing the frail melancholy beauty of the character well. I love that series and await the next installment with bated breath.
I am unfamiliar with the robot/mech in the lower right so I am unable to comment on this.
