Much as I love Kara's midriff, I can say with certainty that this is the best costume design for her I've yet seen. It's perky, vibrant and energetic, as befitting the character. It's a bit more casual looking than Superman's, but it covers her. It says "young, female kryptonian", and doesn't imply that female costumes are by default, skimpy. It also manages to take all of Superman's themes and still give itself a distinctive look. Looking at this design, it's clear that this is Kara El, the character of Supergirl, not simply a younger, femaler Superman.
And yet another costume for Supergirl. I swear, her and Catwoman really live up to the feminine stereotype of always changing their clothes. BTW, I like your more practical, attractive-yet-not-slutty take on superheroines. I feel much less guilty ogling them.
Literally the only Super-Girl I've seen who doesn't look like a cheer leader, kudos for the redesign. P.P. I'm really sorry if this is an entirely different character my ignorance obscures from me please don't get angry. :/
I enjoy both of these a lot and applaud your adventure into New Art Methods! Don't you think, however, that both pieces may benefit more from the addition of one, or several, Kitty Purses? Perhaps a nice action shot of her versus a Delicious Biomass? The Peoples love their crossovers...
she looks a bit droopy instead od heroic, don't you think? A littlebit of Liquifing would help this one I guess. But I believe you're mainly experimenting with the painting styles. Is this style twice as quick for you do paint?
She looks like the daughter of Wonder Woman and Wuperman. Except in that case, she'd have to have black hair, I think. But if Clark Kent can hide his identity behind a mere pair of glasses, a blonde wig will do wonders for his daughter, right?
