You have to be the same person has Shiniez otherwise this picture is flat out plaguerism of the character designs. Your art styles are exactly the same, you use the exact same characters and you both have a sexual theme to a lot of your works. So you've gotta be the same person whether you admit it or not, in my mind your one person. Still your work is wicked, keep it up!
plaguerism....of the look...that has been done a bunch of times before? watch out! here comes some knowledge!
there are certain visual archetypes that are reused over and over again, they are not plagiarism, if the concept is evolved beyond the initial archetype.
take ally for instance, she is the prototypical domme, a look that has been repeated in entertainment for hundreds of times
lisa is the classic playful shorthaired redhead, another archetype that repeats itself often, sometimes haircolor is different but its all there
see, thing is , you knwo when people say, this reminds me of...
every artist really wants to slap them on the back of the head while yelling in their ear...DUUUH!!!!
we draw from inspiration obtained by visual material around us...
everything looks like something
now these are ally and lisa, this is why the title is what it is. but the purpose of my reply is to remind you that you should rethink your views on artworks.
it will help you develop as an artist. i have seen many artists lose their shit trying to thing something completely new. fact is, we are all rehashing the same concepts, but it is how we handle them that defines the piece as an original
So here your actually admitting that these are shiniez characters? I'm well aware of what artists do to gather inspiration from their surrondings, since I am an artist. But their is a difference between fitting an archetype of character and then having literally the exact same character design as another person. Fitting an archetype of character gives you a fuck load of room for variation and yet your characters here just so happen to not look sorta like Ally and Lisa, but are in fact exactly Ally and Lisa. Thats not an archetype any more, that's copying from another artist.
lol at Conrico's last comment. But, tell me Nebezial... how did you pull of a style very much like Shiniez in your "Problem? Lisa" piece? I mean, I see your Ravine strips... and they are very different from Shiniez's style...
