Fantastic anatomy here. The way this fellow has those extra mid-chest arms and two heads, two tails reminds me a lot of some siamese twin calf mounts I've come across. I imagine in a world with magic, those kinds of 'twins' could survive - and thrive...:)

the skull they(it?)'s holding looks like Alduin's from Skyrim :D also like the small middle arms, never seen that before, interesting concept
