how did he get half-blooded exactly, was it a ritual or was it a family curse or power or was one of his parents was a drago- umm how would that work exactly?

all in the story, and fir these halfbloods it is a veeeery important part of their story, as it cost them many of their children. lets just say their forefathers were eager to accept gifts from some shady eldritch creatures and leave ti at that for now.

its a long spoilery history. but there are four basic half blood races. sardaheim, shivas and the mesadee are considered gifted. often referred to as gifts of the old worls, they were once humans who made a blood pact with the eldest three dragons

and then there is the fourth kind... just called halfblooded, or tainted, or once, in older age, sinners of form. they made their own blood pact, but as you may see... it is not a very stable one

now that is interesting, its cool to hear that sort of thing as opposed to the casual " here are your standard set of races" im going into the gaming industry one day, and i can honestly say with respect that THIS is the basis for a truly epic world.
