i have been thinking that way for years about your art. bc some of my absolute favorite pieces in your gallery are the black n white ones. and the speed at which you turn that out. your production would explode if you started just doing BnW comic work. and it looks like you have... but line art is really where my heart lies, so i may just be biased.
Wow, this one is really impressive. Its a really good cover, it has no wasted space and is a bit scarry you might say, your inking skills are really good and create a dark and creepy atmosphere, you might want to consider making a horror mini-comic or at least the art for it.
Two things. One, I love how you can paint black hair using only black and white, gaining all of these great highlights and strands, without making it look gray. Two, I'm really impressed that these skulls look like you didn't just draw one skull and paste it around. I can't really tell for sure, but, minor details aside, they all look individually drawn.
Practice and you get used to it. I used to sketch real dang bad until I was absolutely forced to use the tablet alone, no more paper. It's not as good as my paper sketches used to be, but they are now more clear. My paper sketches have regressed, though |D I got used to be able to change proportions by bit.
Funny enough, not even minutes after posting that, I said to myself, "Why not?", and scanned in a pencilled piece to try inking digitally. It seems I got a bit more control since my previous attempt, but still have a ways to go in the speed department.
